My holistic approach to wellness promotes physical, emotional and spiritual wellness using the latest, clinically proven treatments, and mind-body connection. I am solution-oriented, not focused on diagnosing pathology. Here's a short checklist that explains my holistic approach to depression, for example.

You'll receive a treatment plan that is completely doable, and as unique as you are. I'll encourage you to listen to your heart’s calling, to discover what delights and energizes you, and to let your authentic self shine. You'll receive tip sheets and self-help tools that speed your progress.
