This service agreement is designed to help things run as smoothly as possible during our upcoming time together. It should accurately reflect the discussions we have had regarding the arrangements for your training sessions. Please review this information and, if you agree that it is accurate, return a signed copy to us as soon as possible along with your deposit.

The following is an agreement between (sponsoring organization) of (location) and Watters and Associates of Cowichan Bay, British Columbia entered into on (date).

Under this agreement Nancy Watters, of Watters and Associates, agrees to travel to (location) and present a workshop for up to (#) people on (topic) on (date) from ____AM to____PM. Watters and Associates will provide one original copy of the written workshop materials (up to # pages) one week in advance.

In return for this presentation, (sponsor) agrees to pay Watters and Associates the sum of $_________. Payments will be made as follows: 1/3 at time of booking to reserve the date; the balance at the end of the presentation.

The sponsoring organization also agrees to provide the following:

___Round trip air transportation for Ms. Watters between Victoria, BC and (location)
___Ground transportation between the workshop venue and the airport
___Meals and hotel lodging for Ms. Watters
___A meeting room with adequate space for participants to work in small groups
___One photocopy of the written materials for each participant
___Flip chart, easel, and felt markers
___Table at the front of the room for the speaker's materials
___Overhead projector and screen or blank wall
___VCR and monitor
___An audio CD player

Cancellation Policy: Once the date is reserved, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that the Sponsor cannot host the scheduled workshop due to some unforeseen difficulty, it can be rescheduled at a mutually acceptable time.
