Nancy Watters, MA, CCC, RP-CRA (Certified Canadian and Adlerian Counselor; Workforce Literacy Coordinator; Registered Reiki Master; singer) says, "We all have the seeds of goodness within us, but we must choose to activate them. This workshop delivers potent tools that help students choose well-- tools that are substantiated by current educational psychology, as well as worldwide spiritual traditions. More than 4,000 educators have taken this training. They, in turn, have helped thousands of students become socially responsible and contribute to the betterment of the world. I've been teaching this for over ten years and it still inspires me every time. "

I've worked as a family violence counselor, an infant mental health specialist, a child abuse prevention trainer and a post-secondary instructor. In Samoa, I was the principal trainer for a UN funded project designed to ameliorate domestic violence and child abuse. I've also been a victim of various types of abuse, and those painful situations sharpened my understanding of the reasons it happens, and more importantly, the remedies."
