Here’s the deal – If you volunteer and work for a minimum of two hours, you get to enjoy the whole event (including dinner) for FREE.

BEFORE THE EVENT PROMOTIONS (distributing posters etc.)
COMMUNICATIONS (respond to email inquiries, send email notices)
DECORATION DESIGN/PLANNING (creating sacred space, flowers, candles)
FOOD SERVICE COORDINATION (help plan menu, liaise with suppliers, purchase supplies)
DAY OF THE EVENT SET-UP (noon to 2 p.m.)
DECORATION (noon to 2 p.m.)
REGISTRATION (noon to 2 p.m.)
AFTERNOON GREETING (1 to 2 p.m.) and EVENING TICKET SALES (6:30 to 7:30 p.m.)
FOOD SERVICE setting-up and serving tea (3:30 to 5 p.m.)
set-up for dinner (4:30 to 6 p.m.)
serving dinner (6 to 7 p.m.)
clean-up (6:30 to 7:30 p.m. or when finished)
EVENING STAGE SET-UP (6 to 7:30 p.m.)
