Welcome!  I'm an MA level clinical counsellor, insured in every Canadian province.  My holistic approach improves your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.  I'll help you discover your strengths, understand your challenges and learn practical skills to create a more fulfilling life.  

I focus on solutions, not on diagnosing pathology. You'll get a personalized,  creative wellness plan that is as unique as you are. Tip sheets and self-help tools will maximize your results and make this a very cost-effective service.  I truly believe that:

Affordability

Counselling should be available to everyone who needs it and I'm doing my part to help. My fees are 10% below the recommended market rates and I offer an additional 10% off on packages. I subsidize 2-5 clients a week through the EAP program, and a few appointments are available each month by donation at the Victoria Community Health Cooperative clinic.  More . . .
